Parcel acceptance rules
!!! Before signing a form for receiving a package from the courier, be sure to check the packaging for damage and, if necessary, write “Damage to the packaging” in it!!!
By writing “DAMAGE TO PACKAGING” on the courier’s form, you protect yourself from financial risks, if this fact of damage to the tanker truck during unpacking is confirmed.
When unpacking the goods, in case of damage to the tank – IMMEDIATELY (no later than 2-3 days after receiving the goods) write us, attaching several photos of the damaged tank (leaks) and indicating the order number – to plasticautotank@gmail.com
And we will immediately send an application to the insurance company for reimbursement of financial losses for this insured event.
If for any other reason the buyer is not satisfied with the goods – the return is accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
In this case, the buyer must notify us by Email: plasticautotank@gmail.com within 10 days after receipt of the parcel that he/she wishes to cancel the purchase and make a return of the goods.
So be sure to initiate the return process within this period.
After notifying us of the desire to cancel the purchase and make a return of the goods, we send the customer to his e-mail (Return Address).
Within 30 days, the buyer must pack the package and send it to our return address.
The buyer is responsible for any shipping charges by sending the item back to us.
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and packed securely to avoid damage.
Returned goods are inspected and tested.
We will do our best to process your return within 3 working days.
This may be a refund of the full price of the order you paid for, or a replacement item.
